Bagasur process plant started processing in 2014 in Chiloe Island, located in the south of Chile, getting the raw material from Chilean Patagonia pristine water to export half and whole shell mussels (Mytilus chilensis) to the most important markets around the world.

Fresh mussels arrive from the ocean every day, from distances no further 2 hours away by truck, being processed and frozen the same day.
We are able to trace every step of the process from the mussel farm in the ocean to the market, providing a unique service to our customers that want to know what’s happening with their products at all times.
